To beat it, you have to commit yourself to the process, and engage with your own healing. Even the most exclusive drug treatment in California can’t be successful on any terms other than those.

The good news is that the right drug treatment center can be instrumental in facilitating the healing process. Yes, the fight against addiction will ultimately be won or lost on your own terms…but that doesn’t mean you can’t get help along the way. The only catch, of course, is that a private drug treatment facility has to cater to the needs of each and every one of its individual patients. Drug abuse is a personal disease. Drug abuse treatment has to be a personal undertaking. In the end, you can’t settle for a drug treatment center that fails to recognize that much.
