Successful drug rehabs are those which confront drug abuse in all its forms. Remember, addiction is both a physical and a psychological disease, and drug rehab patients must get better both in body and in mind. If you’re going to get better in a drug rehab center, in other words, you’re going to have to get all the way better. Drug rehabs that don’t aim to nurture holistic healing can’t ever expect to help their residents get sober for good.

The practical implication here is that you have to do your homework before pursuing drug rehabilitation in Los Angeles. Some drug rehabs can give their patients all the care they need to get better. Some can’t. For your drug rehab program to be effective, it has to help you get healed both physically and psychologically. With so much to lose, and so much more to win, anything less than just isn’t good enough.
